Frank Pape

Frank Pape, CFA, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Strategies at Frontier Asset Management, L.L.C. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Pape held various senior positions at Russell Investments from June 2004 to March 2022, including Senior Director of Portfolio Consulting and Head of the RIA, Bank Trust, and Family Office Group. Pape's career in the finance industry began at The Regence Group and includes significant roles in financial reporting and client services at Russell/Mellon Analytical Services. Pape earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.
