Cole Mitchell has been working in the business and operations field since 2017. In that year, they worked as an Operations Intern for Top Choice Lawn Care, where they were exposed to various aspects of small business and interviewed local CEOs, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. In 2018, they were a Communications Intern for the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, where they researched and wrote material regarding political policies and their effect on free speech, religious liberty, and other rights endowed within the Constitution. In 2020, they were the Operations Manager for Value Waste Services, where they managed day-to-day operations and helped grow the company to 100+ employees, 23,000+ customers, and five different markets. Additionally, they aided in selling the company to their largest national competitor, Valet Living. In 2020, they also founded and became the CEO of Frontier Bioenergy Systems.
Cole Mitchell attended Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Society, Ethics, and Law.
