Deborah Hilden

Deborah Hilden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Senior Benefits Manager at Frontier Communications since July 2019, Deborah previously held roles such as HR & Technology Advisor at York International Agency, LLC, and Human Resource Manager at Advanced Billing Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing employee benefit programs and regulatory compliance. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Westchester Community College, Deborah taught job search and communication skills to adult learners.
