Eddie Rueffer

Eddie Rueffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network security and telecommunications engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Network Security Architect/Engineer at Frontier Communications since September 2015, Eddie focuses on enhancing the organization's core network security and overall security posture, including DDoS detection and mitigation analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Member Technical Staff at Verizon, where Eddie contributed to VoIP system design and capacity planning for large-scale projects, and as an IT Sr. Systems Engineer at Verizon Data Systems, specializing in telephony and VoIP hybrid environments. Eddie's career began at MCI, culminating in managerial positions that involved capacity planning and network optimization across multiple platforms. Eddie holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology with a telecommunications specialty from Texas A&M University.
