Micah Kohlas has an extensive background in operations and product management, currently serving as a Product Owner and previously in several operational roles at Frontier Communications since April 2016. At Verizon Business Markets from January 2013 to April 2016, Micah held positions including Senior Analyst Operations Support and Local Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a high-performing team of union-represented technicians for fiber network operations and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
