- Assists a PCP in providing care for up to 800 members, including in-person and virtual care, basic family practice procedures, and in-house testing.

- Manages PCP inbox and schedule, coordinates care, and maintains patient records.

- Manages practice inventory and supplies, and maintains the practice in a clean and orderly state.

- Engages with the practice team and works closely with the Nurse Manager and PCP for coordinated patient care.
