Mark Harris

Mark Harris is an experienced energy engineer with a strong background in community energy initiatives and engineering roles. Since January 2019, Mark has served as an Associate Energy Engineer at Frontier Energy, Inc. and previously held the same title at Energy Insight, Inc. from January 2019 to September 2021. Mark also contributed as a Community Energy Specialist at Ecolibrium3 in late 2018, focusing on assisting local utilities to allocate Low-Income CIP Dollars. Prior to these engineering positions, Mark gained experience as a Giving Comfort at Home Energy Specialist with AmeriCorps VISTA from August 2017 to August 2018 and worked as an instructor in whitewater and climbing at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where Mark also completed a degree in 2017.
