Richard Myhre

Richard Myhre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Frontier Energy, Inc. since April 1986. In this role, Richard facilitates the planning, execution, evaluation, and dissemination of results for collaborative research and development programs focused on clean energy generation, storage, and utilization. Notably, Richard leads a Department of Energy H2@Scale project in Texas, which showcases integrated renewable hydrogen production, storage, and application in fuel cells for a data center and electric vehicles. Prior experience includes a position as a Lecturer at San Francisco State University and a Design Engineer role at Chevron within the Richmond refinery. Richard holds a Master's degree in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, along with participation in the AAAS Mass Media Science & Engineering Fellows Program and a WISE Internship.
