Looking further ahead, Steve also builds networks of talented professionals who may be a good fit in the future, even if they are not looking to make a move right now.

Of course, there are always things that companies in similar situations can learn from each other. So Steve also facilitates interaction across the portfolio, hosting summits and webinars where they can share insights and best practices.
