Kim Trantham, LCSW started her career at Frontier Health as a Case Manager for the TRACES Program in 1992. In 1999 she graduated with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and moved into the Coordinator role within the TRACES Program. In 2005 Kim became a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Tennessee. She continued her career as the Coordinator for TRACES for 16 years before becoming the Division Director in 2015. Kim was promoted to Sr Vice President over Virginia Children and Youth Services, Outpatient & Residential Services in 2020, along with obtaining her license as an LCSW in Virginia.
