Tess Lofsky

Tess Lofsky is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Canada Development Investment Corporation since March 2023, Tess Lofsky also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Frontier Lithium. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Bird Construction, Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Greater Toronto Airports Authority, and Senior Legal Consultant for multiple companies, including Cordoba Minerals Corp. and Lattice Biologics Ltd. Tess Lofsky spent over five years as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at North American Palladium Ltd., alongside serving on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Mining Association, and practiced as an Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP.
