Lata Jayaraman

Lata Jayaraman is an accomplished leader in oncology and inflammation research, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Oncology and Inflammation Research at Frontier Medicines since April 2024. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and Head of Discovery & Translational Biology at LifeMine Therapeutics, and Executive Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where significant contributions included building an Oncology drug discovery group in Cambridge. Lata also held leadership positions at Seres Therapeutics, Cerulean Pharma, and Merck, demonstrating expertise in tumor immunotherapy, pharmacology, and pipeline development. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Columbia University and post-doctoral training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
