Sarah Porter-Osen

Sarah Porter-Osen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Director of Operations at Frontier Psychiatry since February 2021, Sarah has a strong background in healthcare administration from previous roles at Billings Clinic, where Sarah held positions including Program Administrator for special projects related to Project ECHO and Psychiatry Residency Training Track Program, as well as NCORP CCDR Coordinator and NCCCP Coordinator. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a Phlebotomy Supervisor and Customer Service and Ground Operations Agent at Worldwide Flight Services from April 2014 to December 2020. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Montana State University - Bozeman, completed in 1997, and a general degree from Red Lodge High School.
