Rick Hammar

Rick Hammar has extensive experience in sales and business development within the pharmaceutical and scientific sectors. As Vice President of Sales at Frontier Scientific, Inc. since January 2003, Rick has played a crucial role in providing solutions for outsourced compound management and screening services across various industries. Previously, Rick served as Global Sales Manager at Frontier Scientific Services Inc. from January 2003 to January 2020, and held the position of Director at Tomtec from 1999 to 2002, where Rick focused on new product development in robotic instrumentation. Earlier in the career, Rick managed the Compound Management Group at Bristol Myers Squibb from 1990 to 1999, overseeing the centralization of screening collections and the implementation of automation processes. Rick holds a BS in American Studies from Central Connecticut State University, along with prior education at Keene State College.
