Mary Claire Scholl has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Mary Claire began their career as a Student Events and Activities Intern at the University of Dallas, where they developed strong event coordination skills. Mary Claire later worked as a Rome and Summer Programs Office Assistant, utilizing their experience traveling Europe and their knowledge of the Italian language. Mary Claire then became a Human Resources Coordinator at the University, where they developed a Health & Wellness program and managed student employment and placement.
After their time at the University, Mary Claire worked as the Director of Education at Stoli Entertainment Group, where they created dance and music education programs and represented the company at local promotional events. Mary Claire then started their own venture, the Northside Performing Arts Center, which grew from a small program to educating over 2,000 students annually in the performing arts.
Mary Claire also worked as a Program Director at The Magik Theatre, where they helped establish a new educational program and building, recruited students, organized events, taught classes, and generated significant sales. Mary Claire then transitioned to being a Lead Teacher at Great Hearts Academies, where they taught multiple subjects and developed curriculum.
