Hendrik-Jan Kroon

Hendrik-Jan Kroon currently serves as the Group Chief Strategy Officer and Philippines Launch Director/Chief Commercial Officer at Frontier Tower Associates, starting in January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing a significant build-to-suit and acquisition pipeline for the ASEAN-focused tower platform backed by KKR. Prior to this, Kroon held the position of Finance Director at Towershare from November 2016 to December 2018, leading a finance team that facilitated M&A and transaction financing, including the acquisition of over 13,000 towers in Pakistan. Kroon's experience also encompasses roles such as Vice President of Strategic Acquisitions at CPC International LLC, Director of Corporate Coverage MEA at RBS Markets & International Banking, and Vice President at Millennium Finance Corporation, complemented by a tenure in TMT Investment Banking at Citigroup. Kroon earned a Master of Science in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam between 1995 and 2001.
