Matt Fogle

Matt Fogle is a seasoned leader in organizational development and ministry, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Frontier Ventures since July 2024, where the focus is on reaching Unreached Peoples with the Gospel. As the Pastor at Rhythm Community since December 2018, Matt oversees strategic initiatives and core values, ensuring alignment with the mission. In addition, Matt serves as a Regional Director for Harbor Ministries and the Director of Organizational Development for Unhurried Living, Inc., promoting Jesus' unhurried way of life among leaders. Previous roles include Sr Development Officer at Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation and Licensed Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty, alongside extensive pastoral experience at Eastview Christian Church and Compass Christian Church. Academic credentials include multiple advanced degrees in Missional Theology, Spiritual Formation, Organizational Leadership, and Divinity/Ministry from institutions such as Calvin Theological Seminary and Lincoln Christian University.
