Philip Arthur Moore

Philip Arthur Moore has had a long and varied career in the tech industry. Philip Arthur began their professional career in 2001 as an Audio Manager and Digital Video Editor at the Rice University Language Resource Center. In 2007, they took on the role of Front-End Web Developer at Big Square Dot, where they provided clients with contract web work and consultation. In 2009, they became a Developer at Graph Paper Press. In 2010, they were a Lecturer at the Faculty of Information Technology at Hanoi University. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Premium Theme Lead and Theme Wrangler at Automattic. In 2014, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Professional Themes. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Founder of We Cobble, a digital products company. In 2020, they became the Co-Lead of Hot Cross, an extensive multi-chain and cross-chain tool suite. Lastly, they are currently the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Research and Development at Frontier, a chain-agnostic DeFi aggregation layer.

Philip Arthur Moore received their Bachelor's degree in Southeast Asian Studies from Rice University in 2006. Philip Arthur also participated in two study abroad terms in 2004 and 2005 at Trường Đại học Cần-Tho and Trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn, respectively. In 2010, they obtained a TESOL certification from LanguageCorps.
