Varsasri N Jain

Varsasri N Jain has been working in the Human Resources field since 2009, when they began their career as a Learning Facilitator, Behavioural & Leadership Trainer, and Emotional Intelligence Coach. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Frontier, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Varsasri N Jain completed a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science from Amrita School of Business - Coimbatore between 2003 and 2007.
