John Gunter is a seasoned professional in the tourism and hospitality sectors, currently serving as a Board Advisor for Polar Bears International and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Tourism Industry Association of Manitoba. Gunter has held various influential roles, including an International Leisure Marketing Committee Member at Destination Canada and a Board Member for Travel Manitoba. Additionally, Gunter contributes to the Sustainable & Regenerative READI Committee within the Tourism Industry Association of Canada and is a member of the Business Council of Manitoba's Economic Reconciliation and Green Economy Committees. Gunter's extensive experience encompasses leadership positions, such as President & CEO of Frontiers North Adventures. Academically, Gunter holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Manitoba and has completed the Operations Leadership Program at Queen's University.
