Saiful Z. is a Professional Technologist and Associate Professor of Food Bioprocessing & Biopolymer at UKM Bangi. Engaging actively in academia since 2007, Saiful Z. has taken on various roles including Web of Science Academy Mentor, Associate Editor for Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems, and Committee Member for multiple national standards committees related to food safety and quality. Saiful Z. has also contributed to numerous editorial boards and research evaluation panels, reflecting a steadfast commitment to advancing the field of food technology. They earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, equipping them with a strong foundation for their research and teaching endeavors.
