Bernice Castillo

Bernice Castillo has extensive experience in management and technical roles within the onboarding and configuration sectors. Since December 2013, Bernice has served as the Sr. Manager of Onboarding and Configuration at Frontline Technologies. Prior to this role, Bernice was with Teachscape, initially as a Lead Program Facilitator and Senior Technical Support Agent/Program Facilitator from March 2003 to April 2012, later advancing to Configuration Manager and Implementation Manager until the present. Bernice's career began at Clinicor, Inc as a Project Team Leader, followed by a position as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Technical Writer at ClearOrbit.
