Carlene Kirkpatrick

Carlene Kirkpatrick is a seasoned professional in educational services with extensive experience in project management and implementation. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Professional Services at Frontline Education since July 2020, Carlene has held progressive roles including Director of Service Delivery for Human Capital Management. Prior to Frontline Education, Carlene was with PowerSchool as Sr. Manager of Professional Services, and earlier at Performance Matters, LLC and Truenorthlogic in various project management capacities. Carlene’s background includes managing client projects, developing implementation processes, and ensuring successful deployments, alongside active involvement in cross-functional product teams and client presentations. Carlene's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education, both from Western Kentucky University.
