Courtney Miron

Courtney Miron is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Frontline Education since September 2025, focusing on people-first and skills-based hiring in the K–12 EdTech sector. Prior to this role, Courtney held various positions at The Hershey Company, including CDA-Manager of HR Agile & Transformation and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition for Professional roles, overseeing US Professional Salaried Hiring across multiple functions. Earlier experience includes serving as the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition at ADP RPO for The Hershey Company and recruitment roles at Intelligent Capital Network and Management Recruiters of Harleysville. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Psychology from Ursinus College in 2007.
