Melanie Shahidi

Melanie Shahidi has extensive experience in the field of product management and business analysis. Melanie began their career at Allegheny County Dept. of Human Services - Office of Information Management in 2004 as a Data Analyst. In 2005, they joined Management Science Associates as a Business Analyst/Software Quality Assurance. Melanie then moved to Frontline Education in 2006, where they served as a Business Analyst and later as a Sr. Product Owner until 2011. Shahidi then joined Aqua America in 2011 as a Lead CIS Business Analyst before joining National Board of Medical Examiners in 2012 as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2015, they returned to Frontline Education and has held various positions including Sr. Product Owner, Product Manager, and currently Group Product Manager. Melanie'sexpertise lies in product management, business analysis, and software quality assurance.

Melanie Shahidi obtained a Master of Science in Information Science (MSIS) from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certification in August 2011.
