Michael Corbett

Software Implementation Specialist at Frontline Education

Michael Corbett has a diverse work experience. Michael started in 2010 as a reading instructor for Pittsburgh Public Schools, where they provided reading instruction to grades 3 and 5. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an elementary school teacher for Loudoun County Government. In 2014, they joined Programs for Life, Education, and Advocacy as a group manager, where they managed classroom providers for non-verbal autistic children. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Northside Urban Pathways as a lead instructor for Language Arts and Computer Science, and also served as the Instructional Team Leader for Grade 6. In 2022, they joined Frontline Education as a software implementation specialist, working with school districts to complete data analytics and migrate legacy user and student information to new databases. Michael also worked as an implementation consultant, training school district administrators on new educational technology software systems.

Michael Corbett attended Point Park University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained several certifications. These include a Career Essentials in Software Development certification from Microsoft, a Data Visualization: Storytelling certification from LinkedIn, a Google Level 1 Certification, and a First Aid, CPR, & AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
