Alexandra Gramatikas has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Alexandra is currently the Performance Marketing Director at both OpenHouse Home Insurance and Frontline Insurance, starting in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Marketing Director at SightPlan, where they developed strategies, managed the marketing department, and led go-to-market strategies for SaaS products. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. Integrated Account Executive at 321 the Agency. Alexandra also has experience as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Victory Tailgate from 2016 to 2018. Alexandra co-founded and served as the CEO of ALTR L.L.C. from 2011 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at Brand Advance as an Assistant Web Developer and later an Account Executive from 2010 to 2012. Alexandra's work history also includes a marketing role in the Overall Marketing Committee at Dance Marathon: Children's Miracle Network in 2007 and an Office Manager Internship at Kimberly Bewley + Co. in 2006.
Alexandra Gramatikas completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the UCF College of Business. This degree was earned between the years 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Affairs and Business Marketing from Florida State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Alexandra obtained a certification in the UCF I-Corps Program: Stanford Cohort Business Modal Canvas & Lean Methodology from the University of Central Florida in October 2015.
