Brad Verman, AIC, AINS has a diverse work experience. Brad began their career in 2002 at Victoria Hills Golf Club as a Sales Director, where they worked for nine years. In 2011, they moved to Alaqua Country Club as the General Manager/Sales Director, staying there until the end of 2012. Brad then became the Director of Operations at The Deltona Club from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Evergreen Lifestyles Management as a Club Manager/Lifestyle Coordinator, staying there until 2017. Brad has been with Frontline Insurance since 2016, where they have held various roles such as Customer Service Coordinator, Agent Liaison/Service Quality Analyst, Customer Solutions Manager, and currently serves as a Project Manager.

Brad Verman, AIC, AINS completed their education at the University of Central Florida from 2011 to 2014, earning an Associate's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. These include a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Georgia's Center for Continuing Education, obtained in December 2020. Brad also holds certifications such as Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes, obtained in September 2020, and Associate in Claims - Management (AIC-M) also from The Institutes, obtained in December 2019. Brad has acquired licenses including a 4-40 Resident Customer Representative License from the Florida Department of Financial Services, obtained in July 2020, as well as a Vale Property Adjuster Certification from Vale Training in April 2019. Brad also holds a 6-20 Resident All-Lines Adjusters License from the Florida Department of Financial Services, obtained in April 2017.
