Nan XU

Nan Xu's work experience began in 2010 at Beijing Incel Components Group as an Accounting Assistant, where they provided support for audit teams and performed internal control audit procedures. In 2011, they worked at Lee & Lee Associates as an Accounting Assistant, preparing financial statements for key accounts and reviewing budget and final account verification processes. In 2013, Nan Xu joined Sapiex as a Project Manager Assistant, collaborating on the setup of a bilingual Shared Service Center and developing implementation plans for delivering services to Sinopec. Since 2014, Nan Xu has been working at Frontline Insurance as a Risk Analyst, analyzing loss exposures, evaluating risks, and performing risk alert audits and quality assurance audits on underwriter's performance. They also worked with the IT Department to launch new Risk Alert processes.

Nan Xu completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Hong Kong Baptist University from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Nan pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Miami. In January 2014, Nan also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
