Rick Williams, CPCU, AIS has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Rick is currently the Vice President of Personal Lines Sales at Frontline Insurance, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Sales Director at Frontline Insurance and was responsible for managing sales operations in a specific region. Rick also worked as the State Manager at Frontline Insurance, where they oversaw the company's operations in a particular state from April 2017 to July 2022.

Rick achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes in March 2021, and is recognized as being CPCU in Good Standing. Rick also obtained an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) certification from The Institutes in December 2022.
