Ruben Castro is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator I / II at Frontline Insurance since January 2017, Ruben specializes in providing desktop support in diverse environments, managing user accounts, and addressing software/hardware issues. Prior experience includes roles at Atos as an IT Systems Technician Level II, Xerox as a Helpdesk Analyst, and Apple as a Technical Support representative, where a strong emphasis was placed on troubleshooting and customer service. Additional roles included technical analyst positions at ADP, customer support at AT&T Mobility, and network technician duties at Ericsson and Sprint Nextel. Ruben possesses an A.A. in General Studies from Valencia College and has furthered education at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
