Adam Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam is currently the CEO of Frontline Management since April 2020. Additionally, they own and operates Adam Baker Coaching since August 2022. Prior to their current roles, they co-founded Switch Mobile Tires in October 2019. Adam also served as the Mountain Operations Director at First American Title from May 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they were the President of Frontline Resource Management Company from January 2017 to May 2018. Adam Baker's entrepreneurial journey began with Larkburger, where they served as the Founder, CEO, and Chairman from October 2006 to October 2016. Adam held the role of Managing Director at Larkspur Restaurant from December 1999 to January 2008. Lastly, they worked at Sonnenalp Hotel as the Assistant Director of F&B and Restaurant General Manager from January 1992 to 1998.

Adam Baker received their MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 1992. In addition to their degrees, Adam also obtained a certification in the Hudson Coach Certification Program from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in 2022.
