Wendy Kramer, SPHR has a range of HR experience over the past two decades. Wendy held the role of Corporate HR Director at Frontline Management, Senior Healthcare Services since April 2017. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Conergy from February 2011 to October 2015. Wendy also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Richmond American Homes from 2005 to 2007, and as a Human Resources Generalist at ADP (ProBusiness Division) from 2000 to 2005.
Wendy Kramer, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Human Resources from Golden Gate University. Prior to obtaining their bachelor's degree, Wendy attended St. Charles High School. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HRCI in July 2021 and the Human Resources Professional (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2003.
