Anil Shah, PHR, serves as the HR Director for Corporate Community at Patagonia since May 2022, where responsibilities encompass HR leadership for various corporate functions. Additionally, Anil holds the position of Minority Owner at Oakland Roots Sports Club, a men’s soccer team committed to social impact. Prior experiences include leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, Sikorsky Aircraft, Whirlpool Corporation, and Johnson Controls, with a focus on people and performance across diverse sectors such as global procurement, agriculture, and operations. Anil's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
