Matthew Pietzak

Matthew Pietzak is the current Executive Director of North America Resort Operations - East Coast at Frontline Performance Group. Matthew has extensive experience in sales, management, and administration.

Pietzak began their career in sales with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1998. Matthew was quickly promoted to Sales Manager, a position they held for four years. In 2002, they left Enterprise to join Biovail as a Specialty Sales Representative. After four years with Biovail, Pietzak moved on to CardinalCommerce, where they worked as a Sales Consultant for six months.

In 2006, Pietzak joined Paychex as District Sales Manager. Matthew managed seven sales reps selling 401(K) and FSA administration to business owners as well as HR outsourcing and employee handbooks. Matthew left Paychex in 2008 to join Burlington Medical Supplies as their Regional Sales Manager.

In 2009, Pietzak joined Group Management Services, Inc. as a Sales Representative. Matthew worked closely with business owners in the implementation of utilizing a PEO service. Matthew left Group Management Services in 2010 to join Frontline Performance Group as their Executive Director of North America Resort Operations - East Coast.

Matthew Pietzak is a marketing professional who graduated from Bowling Green State University.

They are on a team with Paul Mcloughlin - President & Global COO, Aurelien Dumont - Executive Director of Automotive - EMEA South, and Bob Hanley - EVP of Client Solutions. Matthew Pietzak reports to Geoffrey Toffetti, CEO.
