Serving as FPG’s President & CMO for 10 years, Toffetti oversaw the company’s development of its proprietary frontline performance software, IN-Gauge, and led the organization into an entirely new vertical. After securing a pilot program at FPG’s first ever hotel client, the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, Toffetti helped FPG expand its hospitality footprint onto every inhabited continent on the planet, while solidifying strong partnerships with top hotel brands and ownership groups including [Accor](/org/accor), Hilton, IHG, and Marriott. Prior to his tenure with FPG, Toffetti served as the VP of Strategic Solutions at ZeroChaos (now rebranded as [Workforce Logiq](/org/workforce-logiq)), a global provider of AI-powered workforce technology and services. Similar to his success at FPG, Toffetti led ZeroChaos into new verticals and furthered the expansion of their services and technology.

Padraig O'Connell is the current Chief Technical Officer at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group). Padraig has previous experience working as an IT Manager/Programmer at Sitech LLC from January 1999 to December 2006, a Senior Product Owner at IEG Group from January 2006 to December 2012, and a Program Manager/Analyst at Gatton Synthesis from September 1995 to December 1999. Padraig also has experience working as a programmer/analyst at Lloyd Business System from November 1994 to December 1995.

Padraig O'connell has an extensive educational background in both engineering and business. Padraig has a degree in engineering from both [King's College London](/org/kings-college-london) and Munster Technological University. In addition, they have an MBA from [The University of Edinburgh](/org/the-university-of-edinburgh) and a degree in organizational leadership from the Weatherhead School of Management at [Case Western Reserve University](/org/case-western-reserve-university).

Bob Hanley is currently the EVP of Client Solutions at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group). Prior to this, they were the Manager of Client Services at [Vaco](/org/vaco-technology) from January 2010 to December 2012. Bob has also held positions as a Sales Executive at The Cliffs Communities from January 2007 to December 2010, a Senior Sales Executive at Blue Sky Sales and Marketing from January 2005 to December 2007, and a Senior Account Manager at Real Estate Loan Services of Tennessee from January 2003 to December 2005. Bob began their career as a Senior Account Manager at Sprint Nextel from January 2000 to December 2003.

Bob Hanley's educational career began with him studying communications at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After they graduated, they began their career in broadcasting.

Melanie Hofer is currently the EVP of Operations for EMEA & APAC at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group). Prior to this, they were with [Sixt](/org/sixt) rent a car for just over two years, first as Head of Quality and Central Operations UK and then as Branch Manager. Melanie has also been with [Sixt](/org/sixt) Kenning Ltd. as Territory Manager Central London and Bosch Hungary as a student.

Melanie Hofer is a CTAA Accredited NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner, with a focus in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Melanie also holds a Dipl. Hdl. Univ. in Business Administration, Economies and Social Science from the University Erlangen-Nuermberg. In addition, Melanie is certified by LinkedIn in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Learning Salesforce, and Salesforce for Sales Managers. Lastly, they have a certification from [Florida Atlantic University](/org/florida-atlantic-university) in Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Kenneth Stellon is the EVP of Corporate Development at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group). Kenneth has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. 

Kenneth began their career as a Customer Retention Specialist & Service Based Sales at the Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. In this role, they worked with frontline associates, management, and regional corporate teams in various sales and service roles. Kenneth also provided DTAG corporate with specific guidance on new sales, service, and customer policies. Kenneth co-created service based sales training programs and coaching guidelines for customer facing and ops team.

In 1996, Kenneth became the Director of Marketing at Class Quotes. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to grow the company. Kenneth also oversaw the budget for marketing initiatives and monitored results to ensure ROI.

Kenneth has been with [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group) since 1999 and has held various roles within the company. In their current role as EVP of Corporate Development, they are responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Kenneth also oversees the development and implementation of Frontline’s corporate strategy.

Kenneth Stellon has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Kenneth also has a B.A. in Secondary Education - Theirtory and a minor in Political Science from [Arizona State University](/org/arizona-state-university). In addition, Kenneth has certification from [IDEO](/org/ideo) in Storytelling For Influence and Design Fundamentals - Instructional Design. Andrew Rodriguez is currently the VP of North American Automotive at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group). Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the staffing and automotive industries. Andrew began their career in 1986 as a Manager at [Hertz](/org/hertz). Andrew then moved to [Avis Budget Group](/org/avis-budget-group) in 1990 and became the Vice President & General Manager. In 2004, they became the Vice President of Staffing Systems, Inc / AMR Staffing Services. Andrew remained in that position for six years before joining [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group) in 2010.

Filipe Oliveira Pias is the current Executive Director of North America Resort Operations - West Coast at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group). Filipe has also worked as an Area Manager at DIZin Clinics and a Manager at Fijô Perfumarias. 

Pias has extensive experience in managing operations and sales teams to achieve goals and excellence with standards. Filipe is skilled in improving stock profitability, expanding businesses, and negotiating with suppliers. Pias has also developed IT tools to improve stock turnaround by portfolio/product. 

Throughout their career, Pias has worked with various well-known brands such as Dior, YSL, DKNY, [Tom Ford](/org/tom-ford), D&G, Armani, Estee Lauder, and Lancôme. Filipe's experience and success in the field has led him to their current position at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group).

Filipe Oliveira Pias has a degree in marketing management from IPAM, an MBA from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, and a hospitality & tourism management certificate from [Florida Atlantic University](/org/florida-atlantic-university). Matthew Pietzak is the current Executive Director of North America Resort Operations - East Coast at [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group). Matthew has extensive experience in sales, management, and administration. 

Pietzak began their career in sales with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1998. Matthew was quickly promoted to Sales Manager, a position they held for four years. In 2002, they left Enterprise to join Biovail as a Specialty Sales Representative. After four years with Biovail, Pietzak moved on to [CardinalCommerce](/org/cardinalcommerce), where they worked as a Sales Consultant for six months. 

In 2006, Pietzak joined [Paychex](/org/paychex) as District Sales Manager. Matthew managed seven sales reps selling 401(K) and FSA administration to business owners as well as HR outsourcing and employee handbooks. Matthew left [Paychex](/org/paychex) in 2008 to join Burlington Medical Supplies as their Regional Sales Manager. 

In 2009, Pietzak joined Group Management Services, Inc. as a Sales Representative. Matthew worked closely with business owners in the implementation of utilizing a PEO service. Matthew left Group Management Services in 2010 to join [Frontline Performance Group](/org/frontline-performance-group) as their Executive Director of North America Resort Operations - East Coast.

Shartis has previous experience working as an accounting manager, senior accountant, and corporate accountant. Shartis has been in the accounting field since 2013 and has experience with a variety of companies.

Prior to their current position, Todd served as City Manager at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group from September 2005 to August 2010.
