Kenneth Stellon is the EVP of Corporate Development at Frontline Performance Group. Kenneth has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Kenneth began their career as a Customer Retention Specialist & Service Based Sales at the Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. In this role, they worked with frontline associates, management, and regional corporate teams in various sales and service roles. Kenneth also provided DTAG corporate with specific guidance on new sales, service, and customer policies. Kenneth co-created service based sales training programs and coaching guidelines for customer facing and ops team.

In 1996, Kenneth became the Director of Marketing at Class Quotes. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to grow the company. Kenneth also oversaw the budget for marketing initiatives and monitored results to ensure ROI.

Kenneth has been with Frontline Performance Group since 1999 and has held various roles within the company. In their current role as EVP of Corporate Development, they are responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Kenneth also oversees the development and implementation of Frontline’s corporate strategy.

Kenneth Stellon has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Kenneth also has a B.A. in Secondary Education - Theirtory and a minor in Political Science from Arizona State University. In addition, Kenneth has certification from IDEO in Storytelling For Influence and Design Fundamentals - Instructional Design. Finally, Kenneth is certified by LinkedIn in Writing Content for Lead Gen.

Kenneth Stellon reports to Geoffrey Toffetti, CEO. They work with Matthew Pietzak - Executive Director of North America Resort Operations - East Coast, Paul Porter - Executive Director of Automotive - Europe North, and Paul Mcloughlin - President & Global COO.
