Dany Demers

Dany Demers has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Dany started their career as a Sales Associate at Winners in 1996 and later worked as a Lead Cashier at Chapters. In 1998, they joined Université Laval as a Research and Teaching Assistant while also working as an Auditor at Arthur Anderson. Dany then moved on to PwC as a Senior Auditor before becoming an Assistant Controller at EXFO. In 2004, they joined Atrium Innovations as a Finance Manager for Operations, where they stayed for almost ten years. In 2013, they joined Colabor as a Senior Manager responsible for Finance and Administration. In 2016, they transitioned to Pharmalab inc, where they held the positions of Finance Director and Vice President of Operational Finance. Dany's most recent role is at Frontmatec, where they serve as the Vice President of Finance for the Americas, starting in 2022.

Dany Demers has a strong education background in accounting and business management. They started their educational journey in 1992 at CEGEP François-Xavier-Garneau, where they obtained a degree in Administration. Following this, from 1994 to 1999, Dany pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Université Laval, specializing in Accounting and Finance. In 1999, they continued their studies at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, earning an Accounting Master Degree. Finally, from 2000 to 2002, Dany attended a Certified Management Accounting program, focusing on Strategic Leadership at an undisclosed institution. Overall, Dany's education has equipped them with extensive knowledge in accounting, finance, and business management.
