Peter Rødbro

Peter Rødbro has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations and supply chain management. Peter started their career in 1996 as a Reserve Officer in the Danish Army. In 1998, they joined Danfoss as a Strategic Purchaser and later became involved in Lean (TPM) projects. Peter then worked at HWAM Heat Design as a Lean Implementation Manager and Value Stream Leader, where they implemented lean optimization strategies and managed high seasonality. In 2004, Peter returned to Danfoss as a Global Supply Chain Manager, heading the global S&OP process and achieving significant inventory improvement. Peter also had expat experience as the Head of Supply Chain in North America. From 2013 to 2019, they served as the Director of Supply Chain at Danfoss, managing a team of 75 people and overseeing production, logistics, quality, and procurement. Peter then joined X-Yachts as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain and General Manager, responsible for operations and supply chain management. In 2022, they worked as a Business Consultant at Strategy& before joining Frontmatec in 2023 as the VP Operations, Europe.

Peter Rødbro has a diverse education history. Peter attended Aarhus University from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, receiving an HD degree. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, Peter attended the Royal Danish Defence College, where they obtained a degree in Management as a Reserve officer. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended the University of Procurement and Import in Hobro, specializing in Import and purchasing and earning a degree in Economics.
