Andrea McNamara

Andrea McNamara has a long history of legal experience. Andrea began their career in 2002 as a Legal Assistant in the Litigation and Banking Groups at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Andrea then worked as a Legal Intern in the Office of the General Counsel at Kroll, Inc. in 2006, and as an Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2007. In 2008, they became an Associate at Milbank LLP, where they worked in the Litigation & Arbitration and Financial Restructuring Groups. From 2014 to 2021, Andrea was employed at ACA Compliance Group, where they held the roles of Deputy General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Assistant Counsel. In 2021, they began working at Frontpoint, where they currently hold the roles of General Counsel and Director of Legal. In 2022, they became a Charter Member at TechGC.

Andrea McNamara earned their JD from Emory University School of Law with Honors in 2008. Andrea obtained their BA in Government from Georgetown University in 2002, having studied abroad at the University of Sydney in 2001.
