Shannon Hoiland, PHR

Shannon Hoiland, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR. Currently, they are employed at FRONTSTEPS as a Senior HR Generalist since July 2022. Previously, they worked as an HR Generalist at FRONTSTEPS from March 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining FRONTSTEPS, Shannon gained HR experience at SpotX, where they held multiple positions. Shannon served as an HR Generalist II from March 2020 to March 2021, an HR Generalist from March 2018 to March 2020, a Recruiting Specialist from January 2018 to March 2018, and a Recruiting Coordinator from August 2016 to January 2018.

Shannon's career in HR started at The Art Institute of Colorado, where they worked as a Student Employment Advisor from December 2012 to June 2016.

Shannon Hoiland, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication, General, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications, both obtained from the University of Colorado Boulder. Furthermore, Shannon Hoiland has obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in June 2022.
