Blair McGrain

Blair McGrain is an accomplished marketing executive currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Frost since July 2022, leading growth strategies for a top-50 financial services company. Previously, McGrain held multiple leadership roles at Blue Shield of California from November 2016 to July 2022, including Vice President of Brand, Demand, Communications, and Transformation, as well as overseeing a team responsible for integrated marketing campaigns at a $20B not-for-profit organization. Earlier experience includes consultancy at PwC and various senior positions at Southwest Airlines, where McGrain contributed to operational planning, strategic initiatives, and customer loyalty programs over a span of nearly 18 years.
