Jerry Ruiz

Jerry Ruiz is a Partner and Shareholder at Frost Brown Todd AlvaradoSmith, where Jerry specializes in commercial real estate transactions. Jerry is also the Director of Administration at the Academy of Special Dreams Foundation and served as President of the UC Santa Cruz Alumni Association. In the past, Jerry worked as SVP & Community Development Manager at Wells Fargo Bank and as a Partner at Kroloff Belcher Smart Perry & Christopherson. Additionally, Jerry has held roles at The Trevor Project, Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Office of the Legislative Counsel. Jerry holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
