Kevin Day

Kevin Day is a seasoned litigation attorney and shareholder at Frost Brown Todd Alvarado Smith since January 2023, and at AlvaradoSmith, APC since August 2006. With extensive experience in prominent California law firms, Kevin specializes in eminent domain, business litigation, and public entity law, representing public agencies, utilities, and private entities in major projects and acquisitions. Kevin's work includes handling condemnation processes, participating in False Claims Act actions, and conducting arbitration and trial work across state and federal courts. Kevin's prior roles include a litigation associate at Gladych & Associates, Inc., and Howard, Loveder, Strickroth & Parker, LLP. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego.
