Rebecca Sheppard is a Partner at Frost Law since June 2016, specializing in tax controversy, representing individuals and businesses before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as a Hearing Officer at the Comptroller of Maryland, conducting administrative hearings and performing legal research from January 2013 to June 2016. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Amy J. Seifert, drafting Trust and Estate documents, and as a Legal Intern at a Law Office. Rebecca's foundational experience began in various support roles, including Participant Support Manager at AMERICAN FIELD SERVICE and as a paralegal at the ACLU. An alumna of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Rebecca holds a JD degree and a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
