Currently, Shump holds the title of Of Counsel at Kline Alvarado Veio, P.C. and Frost & Associates, LLC, where expertise spans tax compliance, tax controversy, and business law, including support for both corporate and individual clients. As the Principal of Shump Law Firm PC, Shump continues to provide legal services in tax and estate planning matters. W. Randolph Shump earned a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and an LLM in Taxation with a Certificate in Estate Planning from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
