Bernie Arnason

Bernie Arnason currently serves as Industry Principal for ICT at Frost & Sullivan, focusing on AI, customer experience (CX), unified communications (UC), and Connected Work. With extensive experience in the broadband sector, Bernie was previously a Partner and Principal at Pivot Group LLC, where responsibilities included leading business development and corporate marketing teams as well as offering strategic consulting to major companies such as Corning and Nokia. Bernie also founded Telecompetitor, transforming it into a leading publication within the broadband industry while managing editorial direction and business operations. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Business Development at NTCA, where Bernie developed key technology opportunities for small telecom carriers. Bernie holds an M.S. in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of the District of Columbia.
