David Parzanese

David Parzanese currently serves as the Head of Customer Success and Account Management at Frost Solutions, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, David held various key roles at MedAvail Technologies Inc./MedAvail Technologies US Inc. from June 2014 to February 2024, including Director of Partner Development and Implementation, Senior Solutions Manager, Client Success Manager, and Technical Support Specialist. During this time, David successfully onboarded a diverse clientele and developed training content that enhanced operational efficiency. Earlier experiences include technical support roles at Kroll Computer Systems and Rogers Communications, as well as a process server position at Reliance Legal Services. David possesses a degree in Computer Systems Technician from George Brown College and prior education at Trent University.
