Elena Silva

Elena Silva has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Elena has held various roles at different companies, including FRoSTA AG, Findus Italia (Nomad Foods), and Unilever. At FRoSTA AG, Elena served as a Marketing Director and was previously a Marketing Manager for FRoSTA & La Valle degli Orti in Italy. Elena also worked as a Brand Manager for La Valle degli Orti, where they were responsible for the vegetable business and successfully implemented an eco bag initiative. Prior to FRoSTA AG, Elena worked at Findus Italia, where they were a Marketing Manager for Fish Recipes & Poultry, as well as for Sofficini & Capitan Findus. At Unilever, Elena held various positions, including Marketing Manager for Sofficini and Capitan Findus, Senior Brand Manager for Sofficini Findus, and Trade Marketing Manager for Frozen Food. Elena has led innovation projects, developed communication strategies, and successfully launched new products in the frozen food market.
