Maik Busse

Maik Busse is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, and digitalization. Since July 2016, Maik has served as the Chief Operating Officer and CFO at FRoSTA AG, overseeing key functions such as finance, controlling, IT, and supply chain management. Prior to this role, Maik held various significant positions, including Finance Director for Northern Europe at Kellogg Company and Managing Director for Private Label at Rosen Eiskrem GmbH and DE-VAU-GE Holding GmbH. Additionally, Maik served as CFO for Mars in Germany. Maik's academic foundation comes from Fachhochschule Fulda, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1992.
